This is the first conference organized by Universitas Bina Bangsa in collaboration with the College of Business and Public Administration, Pangasinan State University, Philippines. Conference details are available at https://pbic-uniba.com/.

The issue brings together research that reflects current developments in education, leadership, public administration, business, technology, and community development. The published studies showcase innovative ideas and practical solutions that address both local and global challenges while promoting multidisciplinary collaboration among researchers.

Several contributions focus on teaching and learning, educational leadership, workforce development, Islamic economics, inclusive education, occupational safety, graduate employability, food innovation, and public administration. The articles also examine organizational effectiveness, transformational leadership, technical-vocational education, and entrepreneurship, providing valuable insights for educators, practitioners, and policymakers.

By featuring the scholarly works presented during The 1st BBIC 2024, Volume 7, No. 1 (2024) strengthens AJMS's commitment to fostering international research collaboration and disseminating high-quality multidisciplinary research. The issue serves as a platform for advancing knowledge, encouraging innovation, and supporting evidence-based practices that contribute to sustainable academic and societal development.
